CAN YOUR SOLUTIONS RUN WITHOUT SAP?
YES, all solutions where designed to be able to run with our without SAPP ECC, Many integration scenario's are possible, even migration from a third party CRM, excel data or alternative ERP products are possible.
CAN YOUR SOLUTIONS RUN WITHOUT OUTSYSTEMS
No, our products are running on the best of breed low code platform. However for some applications we have decided for technical reasons and cost reduction reasons to use open source LowCode solutions. If you want to know what applications are available without the OutSystems LowCode platform as a basis feel free to contact us.
IS THE LICENSE BASED ON USERS
NO and YES, for the Solutions we roll-out on your platform we do not charege licenses based on users. However there must be sufficient OutSystems users available within your OutSystems license. When you have an Unlimited users license from OutSystems you do not pay additional user licenses.
HOW DOES THE LICENSE WORK
You pay a monthly fee per roll-out for using our solution per application i.e CRM, SALESPORTAL, BUYING PORTAL.
 
WHAT DOES AN IMPLEMENTATION LOOK LIKE
First we can demo the product or if you want we can roll-out an evaluation solution on your environment. After your FIT-GAP analyses we will change your evaluation license into a paid license. Your business can then start working with the product and change the product to fit your exact business requirements. It is your choice if you want to roll-out with the product as-is or if you want to wait untill all your business requirements are implemented. 
CAN YOU ALSO MANAGE OUR OTHER OUTSYSTEMS APPLICATIONS
Yes we can, it is your choice if you want us to maintain your e-commerce product only OR if you need us to monitor and maintain all or part of your OutSystems applications.
