FIELD SERVICE AUTOMATION AND MAINTENANCE SOLUTION
Stedin is the largest grid operator in the 'Randstad', a densely populated part of the Netherlands that includes the country's four major cities, and that unsurprisingly requires a lot of electricity. Stedin was in need of a Maintenance Management System combined with a Field Service Automation Application for technicians to perform and document their maintenance activities efficiently. These challenges were tackled in a combined B-Synergy/Stedin team with successful results:
