FAQ
CAN YOUR SOLUTIONS RUN WITHOUT OUTSYSTEMS?
No, our products are running on the best-of-breed LowCode platform OutSystems. However, for some applications we have decided for technical and cost reduction reasons to use open source LowCode solutions. If you want to know what applications are available for use without the OutSystems LowCode platform as a basis, feel free to contact us.
CAN YOUR SOLUTIONS RUN WITHOUT SAP?
Yes, all our solutions are designed to be run with or without SAP ECC. Many integration scenarios are possible, including migration from a third party CRM, Excel data or alternative ERP products. We can offer a great demo at one of our customers.
HOW DOES THE LICENCE WORK?
You pay a monthly fee per roll-out for using our solution per application, e.g. the CRM module, Sales Portal, Buying Portal, etc.
WHAT DOES AN IMPLEMENTATION LOOK LIKE?
First, we can demonstrate the product or, if you wish, we can roll out an evaluation solution in your environment. After your FIT-GAP analysis, we will change your evaluation licence to a paid licence. Your business can then start working with the product and change it to fit your exact business requirements. It is your choice if you wish to roll out the product as is, or wait until all your business requirements have been implemented.
CAN YOU ALSO MANAGE OUR OTHER OUTSYSTEMS APPLICATIONS?
Yes, we can. It is up to you if you would like us only to maintain your e-commerce product or if you would like us to monitor and maintain all or part of your OutSystems applications.
DOES YOUR WEBSHOP SUPPORT REAL-TIME PRICING FROM SAP SD?
Yes, our underlying architecture allows customer-specific, real-time pricing to be available in the webshop.
CAN WE ALSO CONNECT OTHER ERP SOLUTIONS?
Yes you can. We can even offer you a live demo at one of our happy customers that shows both products from SAP and a self-built ERP solution. This customer uses the sales portal and webshop in multiple languages across Europe and the US.
DOES YOUR WEBSHOP SUPPORT SAP CLASSIFICATIONS?
Yes, our underlying architecture supports SAP classifications. This means that all classifications can be made available language specific in the webshop.
DO YOU ALSO OFFER INTEGRATION WITH SAP HR?
Yes, we can integrate and use HR or CRM data, for example to give your sales representatives (mobile) apps for managing customers, discounts, etc. This means that discounts entered by sales representatives on the road can affect webshop prices immediately so that your customers have the correct purchase prices.
IS THE LICENCE BASED ON USERS?
Yes and no - for the solutions we roll out on your platform, we do not charge licences based on users. However, this means there must be sufficient OutSystems users available within your OutSystems licence. If you have an Unlimited users licence from OutSystems you do not pay additional user licences.
WHAT IS OUTSYSTEMS?
OutSystems is the #1 LowCode platform for the development of mobile and web enterprise applications that run in the cloud, on premise or in hybrid environments. OutSystems has a SAP connector embedded in the visual design environment. Developers can build mobile or web applications easily that fully integrate with SAP or any other system.
Another very important part of the OutSystems platform is its DevOps management, which manages all apps, versions and performance across development, test, pre-production and production environments. Visual programming allows you as an OutSystems developer to create a functioning application in a very short time.
WHAT IS LOWCODE?
A LowCode development is programming that gives an advancement situation used to make application programming through graphical UIs and arrangement, rather than by customary hand-coded PC programming. A LowCode model empowers designers of different levels of experience to create applications using a visual UI. LowCode decreases the measure of conventional hand coding, empowering a faster deployment of business applications. A typical advantage is that a more extensive variety of people can add to the application's turn of events—not just those with formal programming abilities. Also, LowCode can reduce the underlying expenses of setup, training, deployment and maintenance.
